This is due to the fact that social network&#8217;s usernames are difficult to track and sometimes might mess up different customers requests and, to be honest, I cannot remember them all. For me to keep all messages organized is that I always insist on contacting via e-mail. It helps me plan ahead in a more efficient way and, in the long run, it will be better for you, the customer.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Provide as much references as you can<\/strong> which will help me understand your idea and get to a finished illustration that you will be happy with.<\/li><li><strong>Hostile conduct will not be tolerated<\/strong>. Any insult, bad manners or words, and\/or discriminatory behavior will result in the rejection of your commission request.<\/li><li><strong>Themes I draw: <\/strong>anime, pets, real and fictitious people or characters, mecha, furry, NSFW.<\/li><li><strong>Themes I don&#8217;t draw:<\/strong> vore, gore, sexual scenes with minors, discriminatory acts against minorities or extremely explicit NSFW.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1802\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1802\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-chevron-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Steps of the comission process<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1802\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1802\"><ol><li>A paid, customized illustration request (from now on,<em> commission<\/em>) can be made through comments and\/or direct messages in my social media profiles or through <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pablovester.com\/en\/contact\/\">contact form on this website.<\/a><\/span><\/li><li>After receiving the commission request, I ask for an e-mail address to reach out.<\/li><li>One pencil sketch with watermark is made in the following 2-5 work days after the initial e-mail.<\/li><li>After the pencil sketch is approved by you, the client, <strong>full payment is made<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Commission delivery should be between 5-15 work days after payment was made.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1803\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1803\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-chevron-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Commission process clarifications<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1803\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1803\"><ul><li>If I know beforehand that I will not be able to deliver the pencil sketch or the finished illustration in the aforementioned periods, I will write you back to let you know. At this stage you may choose to extend the deadline or cancel the commission altogether. If you decide to cancel, you are able to ask for a full refund (provided you had made a payment).<\/li><li>In the pencil sketch stage, you can request changes and or make suggestions you want to be reflected in the final illustration.<\/li><li>After a pencil sketch or a pencil sketch with customer requested changes is delivered AND the customer does not reply for at least 2 weeks&#8217; time, I will assume the customer is no longer interested and cancel their commission request. No refunds are made in this case.<\/li><li>I often deliver a .PNG file with a 1080&#215;1080 resolution, but you can ask for a smaller resolution file or a resolution file even bigger than that. You can also specify the orientation of the illustration if you wish so, be it horizontal, vertical or a square.<\/li><li>After the commission was delivered, the\u00a0<em>only changes<\/em>\u00a0you can request are color adjustments.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1804\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1804\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-chevron-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Terms of service and payment<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1804\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1804\"><p>By requesting a commission, you agree to the following rules:<\/p><ul><li>The main rule is that<strong> I will reserve my right to accept or decline your commission request<\/strong>.<\/li><li>I am not accepting commission requests with the following themes: vore, gore, sexual scenes with minors or extremely explicit NSFW.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The commissioner (customer) is allowed to:<ol><li><em>Print it for personal use.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Use it to promote themselves in any place or website while crediting the artist.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Claim copyright for the character(s) but not the illustration itself.<\/em><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>I, the artist, hold every right of the finished illustration which allows me to:<ol><li><em>Print the illustration.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Sell the illustration as a printed product (shirt, enamel pin, sticker, etc.)<\/em><\/li><li><em>Use it for promoting myself in any place or website.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Display it on any place or website of my liking, such as my personal portfolio, my Instagram or any other site or physical place (art exhibition) that I desire.<\/em><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The customer does not have copyright nor ownership over the finished illustration so <strong>reselling it as an NFT would result in a violation of these rules and followed up by legal actions.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Payments in USD are made through PayPal or my <a href=\"https:\/\/ko-fi.com\/pablovester\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ko-fi.com\/pablovester\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ko-FI profile<\/a>. Payments in ARS are made through Mercado Pago or bank transfer.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Refunds are made in the following cases:<ol><li><em>If I, the artist, do not reach out to you, the customer, in a 3 weeks period after payment was made.<\/em><\/li><li><em>If I, the artist, let you know that I might not be able to make the deadline and I wish to extend such deadline. If this situation arises, you are able either to let me extend the deadline or cancel the commission with a full refund request.<\/em><\/li><li><em>In any case of lack of follow-up messages, communications or considerable delay, having them not been previously explicitly expressed by me.<\/em><\/li><li><em>If I, the artist, do not wish to continue or finish the requested commission after payment was made. This situation may arise if I deem the customer hostile, pushy, discriminatory or any other behavior I do not condone. Esto se debe a que los nombres de usuario de las redes sociales son dif\u00edciles de recordar y seguir y muchas veces, podr\u00edan mezclar o confundir pedidos de diferentes clientes pero por sobre todas las cosas, me es imposible recordar todo. Para que yo pueda tener todos mis mensajes de manera organizada es la raz\u00f3n por la que insisto en continuar a trav\u00e9s de e-mail. Me ayuda a mi a planear mejor y a largo plazo, va a ser mejor para vos, el cliente.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Envi\u00e1 tantas referencias como puedas<\/strong> ya que me va a ayudar a entender mejor tu idea y llegar a una ilustraci\u00f3n con la que est\u00e9s satisfechx.<\/li><li><strong>Las conductas hostiles no van a ser toleradas<\/strong>. Cualquier insulto, malos modales o malas palabras y\/o comportamiento discriminatorio va a resultar en que cancele tu pedido de comisi\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong>Temas que ilustro: <\/strong>anime, mascotas, personales o personajes reales y ficticios, mecha, furry o NSFW (siglas en ingl\u00e9s para &#8220;Not Safe For Work&#8221;, que se entiende por escenas sexuales, desnudez, etc).<\/li><li><strong>Temas que no ilustro:<\/strong> vore, gore, escenas sexuales con menores, actos o escenas discriminatorias contra minor\u00edas o escenas NSFW extremadamente expl\u00edcitas.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-4812\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-4812\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-chevron-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Pasos del proceso de una comisi\u00f3n<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-4812\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-4812\"><ol><li>Un pedido de ilustraci\u00f3n personalizada paga (de ahora en mas,<em>\u00a0<\/em><i>comisi\u00f3n<\/i>) se puede realizar a traves de los comentarios y\/o mensajes directos en mis perfiles de redes sociales, <a href=\"http:\/\/shop.pablovester.com\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">mi tienda<\/span><\/a> o a trav\u00e9s del <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pablovester.com\/en\/contact\/\">formulario de contacto de este sitio.<\/a><\/span><\/li><li>Luego de recibir el pedido de comisi\u00f3n, yo pido un mail para escribirte si es que no lo tengo al momento del pedido.<\/li><li>Un (1) boceto en l\u00e1piz y con marca de agua se hace entre los siguientes dos (2) a cinco (5) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles despu\u00e9s del primer mail para entregas digitales. Para las comisiones enmarcadas, no hay boceto en l\u00e1piz.<\/li><li>Luego de que apruebes ese boceto, realizas el pago en su totalidad.<\/li><li>La entrega de la comisi\u00f3n deber\u00eda ser entre 5-15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles luego de que realizaste el pago. After the pencil sketch is approved by you, the client, full payment is made. Commission delivery should be between 5-15 work days after payment was made. Commission process clarifications If I know beforehand that I will not be able to deliver the pencil sketch or the finished illustration in the aforementioned periods, I will write you back to let you know.
